The facility is now under new management and is seeking dedicated individuals to help grow an established community. This position is for our assisted living facility formerly named Amber Woods located in Cheswick, PA.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. License must be in good standing with knowledge of Pennsylvania state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as an Executive Director
• Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a company/facility business plan that focuses on all aspects of the facility operations
• Meet regularly with the residents of the facility to ensure that they are satisfied with the delivery of care
• Exhibits and promotes a positive customer service relationship to both internal as well as external customers

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift: Days
• Wage: $70,000-$80,000 annually
